Some days I’ll talk your ears off

And some days I’ll be quiet as a mouse

Which one is more concerning?

Being quiet right? Wrong

Anxiety inducing chatter

Mind going 100 mph

I don’t wanna think or be in my head

It’s fucking shit

It’s loud and horrible and critical

And keeps me up some nights

Makes me cry

Cause I’m my own worst enemy

So I talk and talk and talk to silence it

I don’t know what I’m saying

I don’t know what you’re saying

But it’s just blah blah blah

But on my quiet days it’s a form of meditation and I can think straight
